Rajasthan CM thanks PM Modi for conferring ‘Bharat Ratna’ to 3 prominent personalities

Nagaur (Rajasthan), February 10 (ANI): Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma on February 10 thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the decision to confer Bharat Ratna to former Prime Ministers Chaudhary Charan Singh, PV Narasimha Rao and Agriculture Scientist MS Swaminathan. While speaking to the media, CM Bhajanlal Sharma said, “I want to thank PM Modi for conferring Bharat Ratna to Chaudhary Charan Singh. He was a prominent farmers’ leader. He did a lot of work for the farmers. Swaminathan also worked for the farmers. I also want to thank PM Modi for awarding PV Narasimha Rao with Bharat Ratna.” Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on February 09 announced on X that ‘Bharat Ratna’ will be conferred to former PMs Chaudhary Charan Singh, PV Narasimha Rao and Agriculture Scientist MS Swaminathan.
