BJP’s Bansuri Swaraj highlights 3 points after Supreme Court grants interim bail to Arvind Kejriwal

New Delhi, July 12 (ANI): While addressing a press conference, BJP MP Bansuri Swaraj highlighted 3 important points on the Supreme Court’s interim bail to Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal. She said that according to section 19 of PMLA, Arvind Kejriwal is prima facie guilty in the case. She further said that the Supreme Court has indicated that whenever a constitutional functionary is involved in such a crime, he has to resign from his post. “Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has been granted interim bail only because one point of law has been referred to the larger bench. A few days ago, ED presented a detailed charge sheet in front of the court. As per that charge sheet, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal was the kingpin of the excise policy scam. Today, the Supreme Court has indicated that whenever a constitutional functionary is involved in such a crime, he has to resign from his post. Arvind Kejriwal is trying to misguide everyone. He is not ready to resign. His stubbornness is creating a policy paralysis and constitutional crisis in Delhi,” he added.
