Sports events affected by coronavirus outbreak

Beijing (China), Feb 13: The new coronavirus outbreak is having an impact on sports events.
The International Federation of Sport Climbing announced on Wednesday that the two world cups set for April in the Chinese cities of Wujiang and Chongqing will be rescheduled.
IFSC President Marco Scolaris said the athletes are at the center of the sport, and their wellbeing, as well as that of staff, officials and spectators, must come first.
He added that the world cups in April will not take place in China and they're looking for alternative solutions.
The IFSC Asian Championships, a qualification event for the Tokyo Olympics, had been scheduled to take place in Chongqing from late April through early May. The federation says the event will be relocated within Asia.
In motor racing, the Formula One Chinese Grand Prix has been postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak. The race was originally set to be held in Shanghai in April.
F1's governing body, the FIA, made the announcement on Wednesday. The new dates have yet to be set.
